These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cap-Fi Funding, LLC ("Cap-Fi," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cap-Fi Funding, LLC is a business funding broker and does not provide loans. We facilitate introductions between merchants and third-party funding providers. We do not guarantee funding approval, rates, or terms.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult your own advisors before entering into any funding agreement.

Services are available only to U.S.-based businesses and principals who are at least 18 years old.

By submitting information, you represent that: • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete • You are authorized to act on behalf of the business • You consent to verification and credit review processes

You authorize Cap-Fi Funding, LLC and its partners to: • Obtain consumer and business credit reports • Verify banking, revenue, and identity information • Share information with funding partners

Cap-Fi may receive compensation from funding providers or merchants. Fees, if any, are disclosed separately and may be contingent upon successful funding.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Funding decisions are made solely by third-party providers.

All Site content is owned by or licensed to Cap-Fi Funding, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

You may not: • Use the Site for unlawful purposes • Submit false or misleading information • Attempt to interfere with Site functionality

The Site and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Cap-Fi Funding, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cap-Fi Funding, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Cap-Fi may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cap-Fi Funding, LLC regarding use of the Site.
